Intake Hoppers
Intake hopper chutes are manufactured in SS304. The chutes are fully welded along the length & the hoppers using Argon Welding technique which is best engineering practice. The thickness is 1.2 mm depending upon chute diameter. The hopper chute is beaded & connected with upper & lower chutes with telescopic joints & clamped tightly. In most cases, the height of intake hopper chute is 1.2 mtr.

The piece is manufactured in 2 mm thick rolled sheet which are fully welded by Argon Welding technique for maximum strength. The function of impact absorber is to take the impact of the falling garbage & protects the bins from damage.

Discharge end fire door ensures to lock the chute exit in the garbage room in case of fire in the room. The door box is supported by a UL Listed fusible link which melts & releases the box once the temperature crosses 79 Deg Cen. This box completely blocks the heat from entering the system.
